2012 Field Trip Tour Package Details

"Strawberry Pickin' Time” Package:

(Tour available Monday-Friday  May and early June, depending on weather)

$7.00 per person (children and adults**)

Tours components include:

• Attend Strawberry Story Time – The life cycle of a strawberry in an age appropriate format.
• Take a scenic wagon ride through the orchard
• Pick Your Own Strawberries in the strawberry patch (pint container provided)
• Coloring Books and Teacher’s Packet Link
• Sample Size Strawberry Frozen Yogurt for each participant
• Enjoy a day in the fresh air with Great Memories!

"Peaches N Cream" Package:

(Tour available Monday-Friday late June through early September)
Tours components include: $7.00 per person (children and adults**)

• Educational Talk (if desired)
• 1/4 peck bag for Pick Your Own Peaches
• Self Guided Education Stations
• Small Peach Ice Cream
• Fun Packet of puzzles
• Enjoy a day in the fresh air with Great Memories!

“Pumpkin Patch Adventure” Package:

(Tours available Monday-Friday late September through early November)
Tours components include: $8.00 per person (children and adults**)

• Attend “The Extraordinary Pumpkin” Story Time – The life cycle of a pumpkin in an age appropriate format.
• Take a scenic wagon ride to the pumpkin patch
• Pick Your Own Pie Pumpkin (small pumpkin)
• Coloring Books for the Children and a Teacher’s Packet Link
• Small Pumpkin Ice Cream for each participant
• Enjoy a day in the fresh air with Great Memories!!!

“Apple Harvest Time” Package:

(Available Monday-Friday late September through early November)
Tours components include: $7.00 per person (children and adults**)

• Attend “Apple School” Story Time – The life cycle of the apple in an age appropriate format.
• Take a scenic wagon ride through the orchard
• 1/4 peck bag to Pick Your Own Apples (this is 4-5 apples)
• Coloring Books for the Children and a Teacher’s Packet Link
• Sample Cup of Apple Cider for each participant
• Enjoy a day in the fresh air with Great Memories!!!

"Apples, and Pumpkins, and Cider, Oh My!" Package:

(Available Monday-Friday late September through early November)
Tours components include: $10.00 per person (children and adults**)

• Educational Time includes information on apples and pumpkins
• Take a scenic wagon ride through the orchard
• Pick Your Own Pie Pumpkin (small pumpkin)
• 1/4 Peck bag to Pick Your Own Apples
• Coloring Books for the Children and a Teacher’s Packet Link
• Sample Cup of Apple Cider for each participant
• Enjoy a day in the great outdoors with Great Memories!!!

One teacher or staff member FREE for every 10 paying children!

Parents, chaperones, and siblings are welcome with your group, and will be charged the same fee as the student. This allows them to participate in all aspects of the field trip. There is no charge for non-participating children under the age of 2. Please collect all fees in advance, so that you are presenting just one payment for the entire group. This will greatly speed up the check in process and keep your group on schedule.

Arrival and Payment:

Please arrive at the orchard 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.  Keep in mind the time it takes to assemble your group, use the restrooms, etc. Having your program begin on-time is extremely important for maximum enjoyment by everyone. If your group is running late, we will start our other groups on-time and work to get your group in at the next possible opening. We reserve the right to combine your group with others if group size, time constraints, etc. warrant it.

Payment is due upon arrival by one designated leader per group. A single payment covering the entire group is preferred and can be in the forms of MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or a check payable to Chiles Peach Orchard. Please bring your payment along with your completed Field Trip Check-in Form to our field trip check in station. We are happy to provide you with a receipt for your records.
