- Photos must be taken at Chiles Peach Orchard during the 2009 season.
- Judging will take place in November of 2009, and winners will be notified by end of year.
- Chiles Peach Orchard employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
- All photos become property of Chiles Peach Orchard, and winning photos may be used by us on our website and in other media without further compensation.
Photos must be received by November 15, 2009 to be eligible for the contest.
